T.I sells nearly 100k in the 3rd week!!!

T.I.'s latest album "T.I. Vs. T.I.P." sold nearly 100K copies during its third week in stores, but lost the #1 position to the "Now 25" compilation album.

T.I v.s T.I.P tops Billboards chart for 2nd week!!!

Let the hate continue: "T.I. vs. T.I.P.," beat out releases by rock group Smashing Pumpkins ("Zeitgeist") and actress/singer Miley Cyrus ("Hannah Montana 2 Soundtrack") to regain the #1 spot for the 2nd consecutive week with 175,000 units sold. That's a 63% drop from last week, but the album is gold so who cares.

T.I's alter ego T.I.P get's himself in problems again....

Acoording to blogger report, T.I. was pissed when a fan launched a cup at the rapper during a performance at an ESPY pre-party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Tuesday night. We're told T.I. was so upset, he jumped off the stage, leaping over stars like Brody Jenner and the Duff sisters to confront the person face-to-face. When he got to suspected tumbler tosser, T.I. allegedly struck the individual with his microphone, and the bloody patron was quickly escorted out of the hotel. Calls to T.I.'s reps were not immediately returned. I got the video of the incident for y'all!!"You kno what it is"!!

A release during the usually quiet 4th of July week didn't deter sales of T.I.'s "T.I. vs. T.I.P.," which shifted 468,000 units in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan, and debuts at No. 1 on The Billboard 200. The Grand Hustle/Atlantic set is T.I.'s second chart-topper in the past year-and-a-half; "King" opened at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 with 522,000 copies in late March 2006.

The preliminary final sales figures for TI's 5th studio CD "T.I. vs T.I.P." are in. According to the wildly inaccurate Hits Daily Double, TI did very well pushing 465,984 in the first week. Again, these are Hits Daily Double's final numbers which means they could be - and often are - way off base. Billboard which gets its numbers from Soundscan will post the final, accurate sales figures tomorrow.

T.I. celebrated the success of his 5th studio CD "T.I. vs T.I.P." with a cocktail reception at the Louis Vuitton store in Atlanta this weekend. The word on the block Tip's albulm sold over 500 copies in the first weeks,congrats to him!!!I'll confirm later this week!!
